FAT 14K Men's wedding band!!

Josh and I decided to give the CW campsite another go today.. We had been there an hour or so and only had a couple eagle buttons to show for ourselves.. Then I got a solid 52-53 signal (generally a screw cap) and it was showing only about an inch down.. I took about a half a step away thinking it was junk and then thought ah what the heck.. The signal rang loud and clear with the pinpointer against the surface of the ground. Needless to say, I was pretty shocked to see what was there Josh's weight scale needs a battery so I'll be weighing it sometime tomorrow. Never know what's down there I guess.. I think I'm gonna hold on to the thing since it fits.. Who knows, it might save the future lucky lady a couple hundred bucks HH Jeff

BTW, no initials Not sure why someone wouldn't put them in a band like this

No kidding heh.. This one hasn't even really set in yet.. When you're out there looking for history and something like this pops up, I guess you don't really know what to think other than Wow.. I hunted the beach a couple times last year and found one 14k nugget ring but this one dwarfs it

Thanks, it really makes me wonder how many of these type of finds I've passed up in the past.. Really the only reason I dug it was because we had pounded this place and the signals were few and far between

Everyone ask's how these things get lost etc... well let me tell you how I lost mine:

Inflatable alligator, good size waves & acting like a kid!.... A big wave came pulled me off the alligator & took my Titanium ring with it! Im sure it will work its way up to the beach oneday!

this was found about 10 ft from the waterline but in grass.. Guess its possible the previous owner had an inflatable alligator mishap
