I was going to say similar, although Dad had a pretty good one & I have had the odd one pretty close, its still a rare find in the UK. More chance of a 16th century hammered
Thanks, I think these are all pretty common finds here in the US.

Awesome finds!! You all are on a roll!! I can't believe the definition of that 1640 cooper. Any chance to see the reverse side of those coins? You need to starting thinking about opening a museum!!

    Keep it up!!

Only because of the 'undecided' face, if a wink, smile or laugh I would have realised.

I maybe didn't say enough on the ring before, because I thought it spoke for itself. I agree it should have made Banner, just like Robfinds should have made it but didn't. Maybe people are more focussed on coins instead of artefacts Personally I don't worry about it, I've had many that I would consider Banner worthy that never made it, & some which were not worthy & did made it. Just best knowing your own mind on these & keep doing what your doing - it workss!

I know, I figured u'd pick up on it u seem sharp.. That aside, as I said earlier in the thread, this post has zero chance of making banner. I did get angry about it at first because it is significant history that has been saved here, but I had to remind myself its far more significant than this website's banner. I voted for robfinds ring and too agree it should have made it. Thanks Cru
That's exactly correct . Significantly ,Historical & Worthy !!!!! for those who appreciate these finds . Respectfully , move on ! and get back out and find more great stuff for yourself & others to admire
