Got out last Sunday here in Illinois. Detected for 2 hours with nothing to show but a 28 Wheat. Glad me and my partner stayed another hour though, because thats when I pulled my first Seated coin. It was an 1855 Dime that was in an area thats been gone over by others many times. I'm sure glad they missed this one. Liberty is a little smooth, but the date is clear. Ron

Excellent find Trezure! Sometimes it pays to stick it out...and if you don't you never know what you might have missed. WTG!

Congrats again on the dime. Did you guys find anything later on? I went yesterday for a couple hours but only found a 19 and 25 wheat.

Congratulations on your first seated dime!
Now you know that the side is old enough. There may be others to find there also.
Go back and hunt slowly, maybe you will find another one.

Congrats on your first! Sometimes it's that determination to not give up and hunt just a little bit longer that produces the find that makes your day. WTG! HH!
