Sidewalk digs

Here's a couple items from the sidewalk digs.? Have no idea what the buckle was used for.? It's seems lightweight in it's construction so I think maybe more ornamentary than utilitarian.? These were about 2 inches deep under the sidewalk cut.? Any notions?? The 1904 IH (pictured from both sides) is pretty clean looking.

nice finds man. i found a buckle yesterday as well, still trying to figure out what it's for.
