Just plowed potato fields a lot of iron and a few very old coppers 1745 farthing

Hey all today i made it out perfect weather after 3 days of rain the local,s are doing a early potato dig i asked if could MD the whole 20 acres John said sure and i could keep all the taters i could carry i did about a 2 hour hunt 4 rows there was a lot of iron what surprised me was no junk not one pull tab or slaw just iron lead and a few coppers iam not sure what the larger copper is the smaller on has a few letters and looks like a sun in the middle with rays ?? they are pretty burned up but that's the way they come from the field out here i can see 1745 ? on the large copper with a lope before i cleaned it . Its a start ill be back i know there is some good finds there . I took a few photos of the field and i did get 3 nice size potatoes yellow ones mmmm .HH Dd60

Not really i guess 300+ years in the dirt did them in my last 5 coppers most KG are the same way 1 day ill find a good one Dd60

I found a site that lists the farthings for KG II and look for your date because the outline of the top coin in the first close up of the 2, i can see an outline of the exact things shown on the site http://bills-stuff.net/GB/1727_p1.html

That second coin is in pretty bad shape all i can see is a small 5 and right in the middle a large 6 inside a circle with what looks like rays around the circle thats about it the other side in smooth .

I turned the coin 180 degrees it is a 5 in the middle with a crown above it , there isn't much to go by

It was dug today in my town on Long Island ,i took a better photo a close up now you can see it , now it looks like a 7

also, is the coin wet, did you take the picture right after cleaning?
