Looking for the pieces - nice engraved piece of an early brass pistol

Finally, had time to hit one of the bean fields I got permission to hunt this year. I started early, while it was still cool in Indiana. Our temps went to almost 80 today. Things started out slowly for me, with a lot of shotgun brass, small pieces of farm equipment, and lead. I got a nice signal on my LTD at about 8 inches. The ground is pretty much like a rock but I used a shovel and got things opened up. I saw the gun in the hole and thought it was a toy. When I picked it up the nice engraving and the weight let me know it was the real deal. Sure would like to find some more pieces of this one. Curious about age on this one. The hammer was very thin and it didn't have a trigger guard. Love to hear your thoughts.
