please see the post titled, ww2 dogtag id help needed as it relates to russell j. mercier .. i left a message at the russell j mercier senior center but beyond that i have no real resources to take this investigation any farther as i am not from the new england area... hopefully someone from the conn or mass area might have better resources so this dogtag can be returned to a decendant of russell j mercier... thank you dave
