Long weekend in Bavaria and few finds

It was too much time on this weekend - we had 3 days free. On the second day I fixed my Ace 250 by drying the coil and filling the crack in it with glue. Today I came back to the hobby . But I am seriously thinking about second detector - if somebody has Explorer II for sale - let me know

Usually I am hunting on the fields, but now it is problematically to find one which is not planted. So I decided to go in the forest. At the air pictures I saw light yellowish area in the forest but I have never visited that place. Today I was there. It was really not place to detect

After photo session I continued my trip and stopped at that nice stone country.

I was very surprised that so great landscape was in 15 minutes from my house and I did not know about it.

Ok, that place is visited very intensively, and I was very tired to dig tens of pulltabs - definitely, public parks are not for me. Nevertheless, T got few founds - nice zinc button, zinc 10 pfennig coin from 1943 and after WW2 50 pfennig coin - quite a lot for forest hunt

Nice rock!! A few are batter than nothing.... May want to check other detectors..
I really like my CZ-3D Works well over her on the bronze coins and is very deep...It is simple and very light! I have banged mine around a lot in the rocks and caves this year and still works fines and they have a lifetime warranty.
