you should send pic's of the button to Mark Parker at W/E/T mag. maybe it will make his page. at least you will get a letter with a possible attribution as to the maker and estimate of value. I found a different one and did the Parker route and sold it for 700.00 Mine was missing the shank and no gilding left

Id like to see a pic of the back... Theres a banner nomination in store if it looks period. I'd easily trade a detector for it if its Rev War period.... Serious on the offer too...

I tried to get a back photo,but it was dark.
It's guaranteed period,and I wouldn't trade it.
