Hi there!

I got out today with Ron and Bill ~ we all did quite well! Ron dug a 1954 Washington quarter, 1906 & 1898 Indian Head Cents, '46 Rosie dime, and an 1882 Shield nickel! Bill dug a 1911 Barber dime and a 1908-s Barber dime! Here's what I dug:

1911-S Wheat cent
1923 Mercury dime
1947-S Roosevelt dime
17 other wheat cents dating from 1917 to 1957
2000-P Sac dollar
1941-S Jefferson nickel
10 clad quarters
25 clad dimes
7 modern nickels
60 copper memorial cents
13 zinc cents

I took pic's of the coins before and after I cleaned 'em up. These dimes are my silver coin finds #14 & #15 for the year.

This is only the 2nd 1911-S wheat cent that I've ever dug! I love finding key date wheat cents! I took a couple close-up pic's of the date area on this bad boy.

Thanks for looking!
Neil

Nice silver finds, Congrats. As for the 1911-S, I wouldn't clean it to much. The more you
try to clean it, the less money it brings. Leave it alone and let a professional look at it and clean it if necessary. JMO.
