found 1822 Large Cent ; 1889 Indian ;6 Wheats 46,50,55,56,56,57 ; Canada 1 cent 1961 ; 1941 nickle ; 1946 roosie ; P.B. & Co button ; Crotal Bell ; 1/2 teaspoon , spoon ; Hammer from flintLock pistol ; mouthorgan reed & too many Memorial pennies to care about.

Cool,way to go. I found a 1887 indian penny an 1940 wheat today at a local park,that I have been going to for years. Dont give up on your new site. It will you many happy returns.

THANKS GUYS ; Site is actually 1885 to 1912 Amusement park that was used for swimming yet thru the fiftys, in a Colonial area of PA. NEVER been hunted before, so alot of trash too. <> TOMORROW I,m doing a former 1860's Church site, which is also on Colonial acerage. also VIRGIN<> Got a week in the 50's to decide which one is more important to me? <><> Coin_saver KEEP DIGGIN, sooner or later you'll pull one out, I have Confidence in you? YEA, I'm Ready For Spring? ? CHURCH SITE WAS A BUST TODAY. my only find,1910 Penny, CORN STALKS TOO HIGH TO SWING DETECTOR? ? Going to try a? Circa 1870's SCHOOL on STATE PARK PROPERTY TOMORROW? 8) .? Another Abandond AMUSEMENT PARK, Pool Site Wednsday. That Other Amusement park is looking better & better for the weekend?

Hopefully the weather will be looking better and better for your weekend hunt. Snows melted here except up high but i dont know what the forecast is for the weekend? Chances are we get hit you will too since your right next door. I'm going to start calling pre frozen ground snow detecting "Snow Shooting"

Dont feel bad Coin_Saver. I have only found two large cents (one canadian) both on private property, and i live in prime territory for them. Here the old colonial sites are forever lost to newer development, so you dont see them that often, at least around here.
