Silver Dime

Today I went to an old park that my cousin own's an I found this 1916 mercury Dime. Yesterday I found an Indian Head Penny at the same park along with some other newer pennies.

I am not sure if u knew this or it was a typo thats a barber dime, dont worry about it we all make mistakes! i found 1 like that mysef only 1 though 1901 about the same cond of urs but not as good, HH CoinS (golddigger)

Yep, Coin_Savers right on the money (no pun) and thats a Barber dime. 1916 is the last year they minted them, and then came the winged Liberty heads (Mercurcy) dimes. Not too bad shape considering how old it is. Congrats and nice dig. 8)

yes it was a typo yesterday was one of those days when things don't go right. I posted that same coin on another site and put the wrong date with it. Maybe today will be different. Thanks for the reminder that I had the wrong information posted.
