I had gone back to the house turned into a barn and detected a while and dug several odd and ends, when I got a silver/junk hit at 8 inches. dug and when I got to the target my heart skipped thinking it was a half dollar , but as I lifted it , was too lite for half so I cleaned it off and (to me it was better), from what I understand from the net....a WWI military dog tag!! now to find the family of the Soldier.
