Pat. May 30 1871......

Not sure if it's a garter,knee,shoe or whatever but I like it.Hit one of my old house site's today,hadn't been out in a while.Mostly because I lost a major farm due to someone on here posting pic's when they shouldn't have......Thank's RT,see you in Charle's I'm sure.Any help on the lil' buckle would be appreciated!!

Joe, that's a nice one. The only one I have found with a patent date was 1865. Nice finds. Good sites are hard to find, get permission to hunt, and easy to lose. HH, Quindy.

Yup suspender buckle got one that looks just like it. Who is this "RT" person that sucks that some have to lie and ruin it for all. See you in Charles soon

Very nice one if it was cast instead of stamped brass it would be 100 + years older it is still a neat find! Sorry about the loss of a site that hurts when it happens
