Had a little time before dark tonight but my local ball field was in use so I had to come up with a quick alternate idea. Drove a couple miles to an old school that I got permission for last year, can't remember the details of the operating years of the school but it goes back a ways.
Hunted this school last year about 6 times with both my F75 LTD and my DFX....just had the feeling there had to be silver there. Well, last year brought no silver, as a matter of fact according to my records the only old coins I found here were 6 wheats ranging from 1925 to 1937.
Tonight was a different story and I can't help but attribute it to the Etrac and TTF.....there is definitely something about this machine that is working in my dirt!!
Tonight's finds; 1923 and 1944 Mercury dimes and a 1935 Wheat!!
