DEEP seated dime today.

1876 seated dime at about 10". The park in which it was found is POUNDED_ POUNDED_POUNDED. Just curious, how would this likely grade? I know it's not close to AU, I am thinking more along the lines of Fine. Thanks

Very nice coin, but there are scratches across the head and body of the seated lady, and the general obverse is worn to where you can't see any of the hair of facial details, so most likely not AU, maybe fine but i am no expert of course
but still an amazing coin

It was iffy in one direction and strong in the other. Switched coils recently and have been pulling deeper coins. thanks.

I have Ruddy's Photograde. The key ingredient for grading a seated liberty dime as fine is a complete LIBERTY visible on the shield. This coin has that easily. But I can't say for certain because I have no idea what the reverse looks like. Assuming the reverse is similar, it would grade Fine 12 (MS12) at a minimum, and possibly Very Fine 20 (MS20).
