Very nice coin, but there are scratches across the head and body of the seated lady, and the general obverse is worn to where you can't see any of the hair of facial details, so most likely not AU, maybe fine but i am no expert of course :read2:
but still an amazing coin :hello2:

Here is a great site that you can check the grade at. They have pictures, so that you can decide what grade you likely have. I would put it at VF....but that is without seeing the back.

Nice,,, I bet it was bit iffy????

It was iffy in one direction and strong in the other. Switched coils recently and have been pulling deeper coins. thanks.

I have Ruddy's Photograde. The key ingredient for grading a seated liberty dime as fine is a complete LIBERTY visible on the shield. This coin has that easily. But I can't say for certain because I have no idea what the reverse looks like. Assuming the reverse is similar, it would grade Fine 12 (MS12) at a minimum, and possibly Very Fine 20 (MS20).
