Found this 1787 CT Copper along with A 1839 Large Cent within a foot of each other.
It beats my oldest Copper by 11 yrs.
This was found at an empty corner lot a few towns away.

Yes!! its A real treat finding something like this, especially from my area 
..Indian activity was also present at this time.. I hunted A small lot where a small Tavern and Stage stop once stood, took about 45mins and I was finished. Its too smooth to clean, theres no real crud on it, its just a smooth disk with a faint impression of what it once was.
