Walked across the street from my house to a garage sale. There was nothing good for sale, but his trash was full of old and interesting items. I pulled out this beer sign because I knew they were worth some bucks. He may have broken it when he tossed it. This is a nice Corona sign with palm tree. Some sections work, but parts of the tubing is broken. (lower right and top left) Can this be repaired?

Yep, BigCy. It can be fixed. Take it to a local neon sign shop. The bottle would be a easy bend...the palm leaves a little more difficult. They could bend some new glass to put into it....for a price...of course. ;)

That's a great find. It would look great in a rec room. :)

sorry to say there is not much you can do with it. they are expensive to fix
If it is expensive, and no way that I can fix myself, then I will have to toss it.

I forgot to mention to be careful with a broken neon sign. Any color sign, but red, will have a drop of mercury inside the glass tubing. It's best to plug the broken glass with something....We use foam ear plugs where I work to keep the mercury from dumping out.

Good luck.
