Went back to the "clearing" and spent about 15 minutes. First two coins were a 1945 Wheat Penny and this 1937 Merc. I swore that I had been over the exact same before and never heard a sound. I was moving a lot slower this time I figured that's why I got the signal this time. Just goes to show you, slowing down the swing speed and pace pays off.

This clearing has brought an 1883IH, 1937 Merc, 1938 George VI penny, 1960 Rosie, and a CW 3-Ringer. Not bad for an ACE250.

HH!

btw. this pic was taken with a camera phone. Silver isn't always pretty but its silver!

Must have been a little deep or in trash. I have really learned this year how to hunt in the trash - you have to slow down.

Love the mercs.
