Nice ring, hopin' to get out somewhere this evening if the rain holds off. Might just hit up my Pap's yard.

Congrats again on the cool silver ring Jeff!! I thought for sure we would find some older coins there today but that thought left pretty quick when I started digging 7" memorials and clad dimes!!

My three wheats were 1916, 1941 and 1945.

Hey guys, nice to meet you both. Nice job on the rings, too. I have hunted some in the pool area, that is a very old park area but it has been hunted many times over the years. Lots of clad, but I have found some 1940s nickels and some wheaties.

I am going to try and hunt the areas that we hung out at as a kid, we had some trails near there that were used over the years. I dont know if they are still there, I have to look into it. It should be fun, anyway.

Jess

Nice finds. I especially like the Anchor Button. Do you know any thing about it's history?

Becuse it's got holes
& Not a loop, I'm guessing no older then
the clad coins. maybe even off
a pair of swim trunks
