Roman Cosmetic?

Managed 3 hours today, the only thing any good was this, l believe it is Roman (maybe ear cleaner??)
it is 5cms long with a hanging loop, part of a set? John.

Can't see well but might be a Roman (broken) tweezers & they were in a set of; ear scoop, & nail cleaner. Some hung from ornate Brooches.

(doesn't look quite right for an ear scoop or nail cleaner but might be a form I haven't seen)
