Rhode Island button, Bristol Train of Artillery

I did post this button Monday this week but I think it deserved is own post.

Found this in an old Chicago park last weekend at about 7 plus inches. I was thrilled with the beauty of it and am even happer seeing how much history it represents. Here is what I know about it.

Rhode Island button, Bristol Train of Artillery, D Evans Attleboro

Button depicts "BTA", an eagle over a cannon, and "1794". Bristol Train of Artillery, Bristol, Rhode Island, was organized in 1794 and served during the Civil War as 5th Brigade Rhode Island Militia.. Backmark: "D. EVANS & CO. / ATTLEBORO MASS" dm between two solid rings, ca 1850's 1860's, (Evans10). Two part convex button, coat size.

Not for sale but would love to know what it would be worth.
