I got out this morning hoping to get in an hour of hunting in between the rain showers. Stopped by a local schoolyard and hit the woodchip playground. Well, 4 pennies and 10 minutes later, it starts to pour, so I head back across the ball field to my car, and what do I spot just lying on the ground? A wet but perfectly good $20.00 bill! I did a double take, and scooped it up! On top of that, I get in the car, and stop for a coffee on the way home, and I get a 1964 silver quarter in my change! I always check my change, and I knew it was silver as soon as I saw it, but I still can't believe it! Who needs a detector anyway, lol! Hope everyone else makes some nice finds this weekend!

Like your saying below your avatar says, "Treasure is where you find it". You certainly lived up to that today. Congrats on the sweet $20 spot. I got me one too this week in the play area woodchips at a park.

Smiles!
