10/05/11 beach finds, close up of spikes

5 hours today and I wore the wetsuit and was very comfortable. 21 ships spikes,5 lbs sinkers net weights and duck weights,anothe 6 sided tool like a chisel or ?,3 large outboard parts and a fishing lure. I have a whatsit but it needs further cleaning, it was really encrusted. it pulled a magnet but is not rusty.

Another 5 lbs of sinkers? What do you do with all that lead?

Last lead I sold to scrapper was about .50 a lb. helps w/ the gas money

I can melt the lead and make bullets or dive weights, but right now I may use them as ballast for a motorsailor project. I'll try to get closeups in the morning.
