Hey friends.

Went to my brother-in-laws house today. Didn't have much luck during the beginning but paid off during the end when I got a hit +80 +81. I pulled it out and found a sterling silver piece. it has 3 stamps on the back with the brand and sterling. I asked a friend who knows a lot about military stuff and they said it was definitely military and it was a captain pin that went on a collar. the two bars mean captain rank. Also found this cool US stove pin as well. thanks for looking all! ALL COMMENTS ARE APPRECIATED

I can't find a capital I date letter that corresponds to the assay office marks.
they were using Capital block letters but skipped the I in 1933, see here:
http://www.theassayoffice.co.uk/date_letters.html
anyway, Birmingham, post 1900.

Those bars are awesome! You should try to trace the lineage...the owner may still be alive and wouldn't it be great to return these!
