Had a great time in Dirtyville this last 2 days. Here's a few snap shots. First pic was our accommodations.
The staff was very kind but the food not so good.
The second pic is where we hunted, man I am out of shape.
The last 2 pics are my finds. My first ferree or French dyke shovel, only 300 years old and 594 miles from New Jersey. I'd like to thank Ironhorse and Ironpatch for the great time and can hardly wait for our next adventure. Diggem deep and leave it clean.....cheers!

Good digs right there! I've found two of those French dyking shovels...as good as a trade axe if it's in the right condition!

Looks like you and the Iron Bros. had a decent couple of days... I found one of those shovels also but not near that condition... I know where you can get a few $$ for it ;D
Are you on for tomorrow?

I think those shoe buckle frames are the find of the hunt. :headbang: You almost got a complete one from a field. :icon_thumleft:

The farther away from NJ the better. You guys are like colonial hoover vacs and would put the heat on for me! Or we could always team up.... :laughing9: Nice finds! Love that shovel.

Skunk? Where you live? No way! And you could not have said it better, fun. 594 miles is not far!
