5 Silvers & 1 Gold today , Rings #161 , #162 & #163

What a day ! 5 silvers and 1 gold in 3 hours . I hunted a park that has some age to it and has been good to me in the past . The first hour only clad and then the flood gates opened . The first good target turned out to be two good finds in one hole . Two 925 silver rings . I had closed the plug up and check it and I had a 2nd thin ring . Then about a half hour later I had a strong +80 right under the grass , it was a sterling Saint William pendent . I walked maybe 10 feet and had a +81 at 6 inches , a 1950S Washington ! Now my heart is pumping . The next find is the best , a +26 at 3 inches turns out to be a nice chunky 14K gold ring ! Last but not least is a nice sized sterling Saint Christopher medal . Total clad was $12.48 that included 3 President dollars and 1 Susan B. Anthony dollar . My Son has tomorrow off from school so back we will go !!!

It had blue tape around so it would stay on the finger , luck for me it did not work ;D

I don't know of anyone who finds as many rings as you do! How do you choose your parks? Are they just parks in general or are they sports fields, etc? Do you travel long distances to hunt? I feel like I have trouble coming up with new spots! Love me some rings!

I only travel about 45 minutes from home . I like to hunt parks that are at least 50 years old . School sports fields are full of silver and gold !
