Day 3 of hunting a torn up roadway and sidewalk... they move dirt every day so I have to go back every day to see what else I can find... there are several hunters hunting this place so finds are scarce but I managed to squeak out 2 coins in the end of my hunt today.

a 18?? Indian Head and that is the worse Indian Head I have ever seen... this is after getting 1/8 inch of stuck on sand and dirt... I should of took a picture of it before I cleaned it.... maybe next time...

and a 1911 V nickel its in good shape, but the chemicals in the road has it pitted... but detail wise it one of my best V nickels.

more updates tomorrow!

I know its not an exciting hunt finds but I am keeping a daily log of what I find out there because it will be covered up here in a week or two never to be hunted by this generation again!
