First Hunt Yesterday

Went out yesterday afternoon after getting home from my other obligations. Was out only for about an hour total. Found one penny (not a wheat), 4 bottle caps (Shlitz, Colt 45, Miller Lite, Bud Lite) and a crushed can.

Lesson learned: paths and stream beds in sub-urban areas are where people are drinking, not losing money. Columbia is loaded with playgrounds (they're called "Tot-Lots" here) and lots of open space. Plenty of places to detect.

I did like the stream bed idea. Holes are alot easier to fill in and I can use the beach scoop too. I just need to get out to more affluent areas where there's hopefully less trash.

Yeah, drinking was this past weekends obligation.

I've got a Garrett Ace 250. Bottle tops and cans were showing up between penny and quarter.
