Well all 6 of my French buttons turned out to be from the same regiment.......

13 ....... I was hoping for at least 1 of these buttons to be from a regiment that I hadn't found at this site before but it was not to be. Still 13 French Revolutionary War buttons in less than 2 weeks is unheard of these days. (the number 13 just keeps appearing...... and many were found on Friday the 13th). Freaky...... Anyway, I'm happy to say the least. HH Devonrex

    Amazing collection indeed!

Most Rev War buttons I've seen in a very long time.

That is a very sweet site you've found!

Amazing what has turned up, while searching for that buckle "wreath".

Simply amazing. Are you still going to hunt it or do you feel you've cleaned it out?

    Is that spur silver?

I have some information on some of those buttons but I have to find out where I have it stored. I did a lot of research on them while overseas. Awesome finds and I sure wish I could dig one now. Be sure to keep that spot for yourself. Rare and historic finds here in the states.
