found this schrader's son tire gauge today in a yard 4 houses down from me.
ill type what i think i can read on it.

Cool find. When I dug my schrader tire gauge at first I thought it was a shotgun shell. Patent date was june 1900. I also dug up 2 valve stem removers also made by schrader.
