To think I wasn't feelin it on this one!

Ever since I posted the 2 denarius that I found & joined this forum, I have had some of my best outings ever. I have consistantly found great stuff. Today was the same:
5 lead tokens
9 Roman bronze coins
Medieval Horse harness pendant
4 buckles
4 muskets balls
2 17th century brass tokens
1 Roman brooch (pictured) only missing pin
Edward I 1280ish Penny London mint

I have decided to end on a high & plan to Pike fish next weekend as the fields are sewn and my arm aches. So I will not be posting for awhile yet. Thanks for all you encouragement. dugupfinds

Never done this field & it was a large one over 20 acres. This was difficult as I only had a day to search it as it was newly drilled & within days the crop will sprout.

So I started an area at the top of the hill with nothing. The whole time I was drawn to one of the bottom corners & not being one to ignore my instincts I started in the corner;
The first run I had a musket ball & 2 Roman bronze coins, then knew I was on to a winner & the rest is history (in my hands).
