May 10th finds at a couple torn down house spots
I called my brother this morning and told him I was heading to some torn down house spots so about an hour later we headed out. We both had good hunts. Here's what I got, I was using the 4x6 coil cause in the city them vacant lots are usually might trashy where we were at in the old part of town.

The bullet is a common round used in the SKS and AK-47 rifles. Thought you might want to know what gun it came from.
Now I've been out in the desert, just doin' my time.

I put about 10 rounds through an SKS today we had a shootout, I got a chance to try out my latest purchase, it's a 1966 Winchester Centennial model 94 with the octagon barrel and brass receiver, with some engraving, it fired flawlessly

Very nice purchase! I picked up a 1941 mosin 7.62 x 54r from big 5 on their $89 special a few weeks ago. Got all the cosmoline off of it and took it to the range. That damn thing bucks like a mule with a bee under its pack! Crazy to be able to get any rifle that cheap, let alone a wwII surplus. The more the merrier!
