New treasure hunter is running into rust

Hi so I am kind of new to the treasure bussiness. So far I love it i got my metal detector about three weeks ago. So far though, most everything I find has rust on it. I looked online for safe rust removers and I came up with Enviro-Safe. The website is RuSt911.com | Inexpensive Rust Removal that is Safe and Easy for industry, home or garage use. I wondered if anyone has used to product and if so how did it work. Also is it better to keep rust on the items I find or should I definitly clean them up. I figured I should clean them up to increase their value. Let me know. THANKS!!

I think you will find that many people just leave the artifacts as it or use electrolysis to get the rust off...
