"Lunkenheimer" is a manufacturer of valves for the petrochemical industry. Fuel cock valve? Oil line valve? Hydraulic system?

The radio dial, with the part No. "62964" is most likely off a General Electric-branded HF radio set.

Your first 'What is it?' after 014, (assuming your scale to be in mm/cms), could be a 'float' out of a rotameter, (flow indicator). The bobbin goes up and down in a glass tube depending on the flowrate of the fluid. Usually there is a scale either on the glass tube or next to it giving the rate in say gpm, or cc/oxygen etc.
