that's cool! an awesome find from when prizes were actually a prize. cracker jack prizes are crappy these days. it's funny how I played with tiny toys and never swallowed them, played with metal toys and never got hurt, rode in cars with no seat belts, a metal dash board, and drum brakes and lived to tell about it. I also got disciplined with a belt when I needed it, and yet I didn't suffer brain damage or emotional scarring. just about everything for kids these days is nothing but crappy junk.

I just ate a bag of CJ and the prize is a carppy paper pencil topper and the slits aren't even long enough to put it on a pencil w/o tearing.

Yeah, today's kids may have smart phones, but I wouldn't want to be a kid today.

Nice find for your collection and a great save. I still buy crackerjacks for my kids. I eat most of them looking for the one peanut, the prize stinks but they are tasty. Arty
