A good find
Recently using my Bounty Hunter Quick Silver on my front lawn i was searching near a large tree. Got a good strong signal started digging dug maybe 3 inches down and found an oval blue box with an old fashioned "R" on it. Carefully opening it up i discovered it was a ladies compact case maybe about 1930s from REX 5th Ave. the mirror inside was already broken. How ever i did find 7 coins in inside of it the oldest being a 1920 wheat penny. It was the best find for me so far.

Pretty exciting to see something like that come from the ground. Too bad the coins weren't a bit older. Hogge
