As we pulled up to the field we noticed the lovely flat stubble had been disced up to an uneven mess. We tried to carry on where we had left off, but the conditions were far from perfect, so we tried the edge of the field that the farmer had not ploughed up yet. The weather was rainy with the odd thunder clouds just missing us.
My hammered Penny of Edward III, saved the day because after 4.5 hours we only had:

2 Medieval Buckle Plates - 1 nice one with a backwards looking beast (my first I think)
Piece of a Medieval Swivel
Poor Jetton
17th C Buckle
Buttons
Plus a circa 18th C Seal Fob (ladies head)

UPDATE:

Having done a bit of research, I think the date range of the Seal is 1775-1830.

Nice haul! Your country has a lot of old history waiting for you to dig up! You finds really to spotlight the time period.
