Need help with Indian effigy pipe.

I want to show you all what has come to my attention from a friend who need help with identifying this effigy pipe. Was found on MO. Across the river, not too far from the Cahokia Mounds. Any help is appreciated. I thought it to be a bat. Riverwalker
