    14th - 15th century thimble !!

    This is definately my oldest thimble yet !!
    This was found on a newly discovered medieval location.
    It dates in the period about 1350 - 1450 AD.

    Wow, that make you wonder what hides in the Swedish sites that are ''protected'' from the Swedish law to not detect....
    Eitherway, a awsome find indead!
    When you just pulling up pulltabs or junk, you know your gonna hit something else soon!

    Lots of this kind of stuff, I´m sure, TSH.
    Sad that you can´t save the things in your country.
    Shortly thousands of things made of cupper, bronze and brass will only be green dust in the soil.

    I had quite a few of these, always nice to find. Last year I got my best example:
