Friday's Beach Hunt... almost 2/3 oz of gold!

I have had my AT Pro for 3 weeks now. The first week of July I found a nice 14k ring with diamonds with my bounty hunter and decided that it would be wise to upgrade in hopes of picking up smaller gold drops. My first weekend ( I had posted pics up earlier) I pulled out a 9.7 gram 14k bracelet. Skunked on jewelry the next day and unable to hunt last weekend, I finally made it back to the beach Friday and pulled out this beauty... nice heavy chain and crucifix!

Loving the AT Pro right now (about 1 oz of 14k in 3 weeks) and loving the hobby!

I love finding colonial relics, but everything is grown up right now.... so until we find more spots or fields are cut, I am happy to be at the beach!

Did you hunt on dry or wet sand?
The condition of the coins tell me dry sand, but finding gold tells me wet sand.
I never seem to find any gold in the dry sand.

Joe- All my gold has been in the dry sand. My scoop is not great in the wet sand so I take the easy route... for now...
