8/30/12 beach finds trade knife

I got out today for 5.5 hours, the best find was a fur trade era knife, the blade was broken but I found that a few days ago. had it been intact I would have been delirious. satill a good find, one .40 musket ball,2 bell shaped net weights,an odd iron piece ?,more trash,2 ships spikes,2 railroad spikes,one navy style anchor that should clean up nicely,a spark plug,a key,a copper spoon bowl,2.5 lbs of sinkers and net weights, plus 2 pennies a 1975 and 1989. alas the iron pieces I found a few days ago were not part of the bell but a cast iron cooking pot I found 2 of the legs. bummed but the trade knife was a cool find. oh yeah and a mirror on a copper piece.
