Maybe I should start collecting scout memorabilia. :) Is it easy to tell the age on these things? I have found quite a few.

Not much intrinsic value in the finds today. The earring was plated, the ring is magnetic, the "Sun Diamond" thingy isn't (no clue what it is).

For me though the most interesting are the two pieces of lead. I'm not sure if the one piece is a bullet because I've never seen one like this before. The one with the white patina looks like a musket ball, a very flattened one. LOL They were both found along a very rocky path. Maybe the small one never had a chance to get a patina because of the rocky path? :dontknow:

In any case, a fun hunt albeit a short one, (no time today).

Hope someone can shed some light for me.

Thanks for peeking!

HH!

Keith style pistol bullet from the looks of it. Still hard to beat for big initial energy dump and still get awesome penetration. Cool finds.:icon_thumleft:
