Another Beautiful Day Here In Charleston Temps In The Mid 60's. Art And I Hit The Morris Island End Of The Beach, Where The Union Army Staged For The Attack On Battery Wagner, Made Famous By The 54th Mass In The Movie "GLORY". Found Some More Mini's, Art Dug A N.Y. State Seal Button, I Found An Eagle Button On The Surface, I Also Dug A Complete Sabot, Art Dug A Couple Of Enfield Bullets, I Dug part Of The Brass Tube From A Bugle. Art And I Had A Great Time And I Don't Think We Will Have Any Trouble Sleeping Tonight. Thanks For Looking, ART & JOHN... 8) 8)

Congrats on some great finds! Not much CW stuff in the Windy City. We did have a huge prison camp, now buried under public housing. I gotta start traveling with the DFX! It was in the 60's here last week, then the rains came, then the snow, then the cold. Could it be the Almighty's revenge on Yankees for the War of Northern Aggression? Hey, I'm retired - I can live anywhere . . . . if the wife, who is still working agrees to it!

Very nice historical relics!! Can't imagine how it would be to dig CW relics on the beach. When you dig relics here you are usually being chased by snakes or bulldozers!
