Roman/Iron Age Site - Day 4...
I had already covered the main area of this site at the being of Oct, but as we had time to spare we decided to do the edges of the site which turned out to be a great plan!
(5 hours 15 minutes)
A Roman Silver each
Dad - Nero AD67-68 (our first silver of Nero)
Me - Faustina AD140 (in pretty good nick)
23 Roman Bronze Coins
1st C AD Rosette type Brooch
Broken Roman Strap-end
Roman Nails
Jetton

Nice selection of old finds.....but those early Roman silvers take the cake...congratulations!
