CW bullet w/ knife markings?

I almost thought there was writing inside, but under the glass it seems someone used a knife to bore the cone some and shave the tip. Any further ID would help.

Looks to me it was worked on to kill time. I have found some carved bullets they are cool some of the guys had a good touch for art. That come for wood carving or whittiling. Nice find.

Love the lead.

side def isnt carved-that smooth bit on outside is due to the soft lead. inside looks like something grooved was pushed up in it, not carved. just my observation.
