Hello everyone. I found this a while back. I just never got a chance to post it. It is my first SLQ. Im a bit upset due to the bullet hole right in the middle of it. On the other hand, the date is still visible and it makes a great conversation piece. The date is visible 1928. It was found in South Texas at a lot next to the first school in that city built in the early 1900's. I still have permission to hunt the property. Im still working on getting permission to hunt the school property though.

By your own words This didn't qualify as a "Today's Find" So I moved it to Best Finds.

That said...

Very cool find. About 30 years ago I found a beat up 1888 silver dollar that had been shot by a .22, huge dent in it but it did not go through. Wish I would have kept it. I was a dumb 15 year old then and traded it for a pellet gun. Lesson learned.HH:thumbsup:
