I know I'm hitting the beach months after the season... But I'm trying to put in the time, and know just like fishing out here... It's just a matter of time till I hit it! For now, I'll have to settle for battery money and stocking up my tackle box... Besides these modern coins and junk jewelry, I raked in 16 lead weights totaling 58 oz.

I was on the beach over 4 hours today, and I really like the 720I scoop I bought, but man that thing is a workout! I'm still working the dry and wet sand, and loaded up, each load has got to be 15 to 30 pounds. I hope to get some waders soon to do some low tide wading... Should be a real workout then:)

Good luck out there! image.jpg
