Found this on a site where a farmhouse once sat. My husband guessed a handle to something. But what? Any ideas?

Looks like an old flood light.. does it look like a light bulb could fit in it?

No nothing flashlight related, in my opinion . I could possibly see a trike handle, maybe.

But the cast iron like peice has 2 holes, like something could have clicked into it. The handle , has a light almost terra cotta feel , but I think it's a metal, though it's not rusted. Any way I can tell ?
