We decided not to go detecting today but I talked Jim into it. I am still on a high from finding the GW button and had a good feeling about having a hunt. Well Jim ended up kicking our butts today
I found a 2 cent piece and 6 buttons. I did find a very interesting Sterling Ring. I didn't know what it was at first. It looks to be a man made ring that looks like a horse's saddle. It is really beautiful!A great day to be out in nature and the finds are just icing on the cake. We are going to explore a couple of other fields in the upcoming weeks. Hope they hold as much great stuff as these fields have
